HOW TO WAKE UP EARLIER

To make you rising early you won’t be able to make it with drastic change.
Wake up for 15-30 minutes earlier for the few days, then cutting 15 minutes more on the next day.
Just sleep earlier.
Don’t let yourself to late to go to bed. Going to bed earlier even you not feel sleepy and read while in bed. If you feel tire you’ll starting to sleep.
Place your alarm clock far from your bed.
It’s to prevent you to snooze when alarm ringing. It will make you have to stay up to reach the alarm.
Go out from your bedroom and don’t going back to bed.
You can go to bathroom to pee or you can drink like me.
Setup your brain to wake up early.
Don’t talk your brain to go out for wake up early or you won’t do it. Don’t make getting back to bed as option.
Set to have excellent reason.
It will motivate you to wake up early.
Give reward for waking up early.
Make your waking up early as pleasurable act. Such as, you can make and drink a cup of hot coffee or tea, see sunrise, etc. This is what you can do when you wake up early.
Take advantages of your wake up early.
Don’t waste your time of wake up early just for read your blog. Even it’s your goal (for example) but, you can do more vital thing. Such as preparing for breakfast, your kids lunch, etc. You’ll earlier to feel free while other still prepare their task.
