I honestly go to work for the money, I hate everything about my job and everyone i work with. The thought of getting paid motivates me and if i could change jobs i would!… I’m in the south and by golly they have a huge problem still with treating woman like they are dirt!
I think it’s obvious that the majority of people go to their job is for the money, though there is a slight percentage that actually enjoys their profession. If the work environment is less hostile and more people-friendly or you have more incentives, such as prizes or free-trips for a certain amount of work or hours completed, then I think more people wouldbe motivated towards efficiency. It’s like bribing a toddler with candy.
